I have died in both physical life x3 and in meditation every time... Just as we die when we fall asleep at night, we the everlasting consciousness leaves the body... Yet the body still breaths, regulates our blood, and keeps the body alive for the consciousness to return...It is the most exhilarating love experience ever in both birth and death... A union that is one in the same just as we both have our mothers and fathers in us which created us, we are the three in one within. Just as the Moon, Sun and Earth are both seen from outside yet outside it is seen as one system operating in unison. Live as if you are already dead and all worries, stress, anxiety, depression fades away like the clouds in the sky... Or just like thought arise and diminish in moments. No-thing outside of you can harm the true you, just the body or the ego... You are neither ... You are the PRANA, the LIFE FORCE that permeates all existence.

Mother Nature always follows the path of least resistance, so change is essential to live a simple calm life . Fixed ideas and behaviours mean we go to war with life rather than going with the flow
